Individual Therapy
People come for individual therapy with different objectives. Some may come for the solution of a specific problem or symptom or he or she may call because of unhappiness with the path their life has taken and
wants to change. This change may be in their relationship with love or with work, with spouse or lover, with friends or with family. We offer help at both ends of this continuum: from alleviating symptoms to
the search for greater personal happiness.
The problem may be an immediate one that can be quickly addressed or, may reflect lifelong emotional patterns and behavior. For example, people experiencing anxiety and/or depression often want nothing more
than to be relieved of these painful experiences. Often however, they find that these are symptoms of emotional issues that have been building up for years and have affected their relationships,
achievements and happiness.
Our complementary training and experience will assess the individual's issues and offer appropriate treatment. This can range from better understanding of experienced difficulties in living to modification
of long term problems which have caused years of discomfort.
